Overview of the work programme

According to the consortium knowledge, expertise and commercialisation needs, we chose to work on Additive manufacturing, and 3D-printing of selected ceramics: Al2O3, ZrO2, SiC, Calcium Phosphate, for the selected applications: Medical (Orthopaedic implants), and Aerospace (Spatial ligthweigthed structures, heat exchanger, Turboreactor) with the selected technologies to be optimized or redesigned:  Stereolithographic (LCM®, Movinglight®, etc.), SLM/S (ERMAKSAN, etc.), LMD (CLAD®) and hybrid.
